Born in Bergamo, trained between the kitchens of Milan and Tokyo, Marco Conti brings a precision-led approach to Italian cooking that honours tradition while refusing to be bound by it.

After a decade at three-starred establishments across Europe, Conti opened Villa Amaranto in 2021 with a singular vision: ingredient-driven menus that change with the seasons, built on relationships with small-scale producers across Italy and the British Isles.
